Except as otherwise indicated on this Site, PDF Complete Inc ("PDFC") authorizes you to view and download the materials on this site subject to the following terms and conditions: a) materials may be used solely for informational, personal, non-commercial purposes; b) any copy of the materials or portion thereof must include all copyright and proprietary notices in the same form and manner as on the original; c) materials may not be modified in any way; d) PDFC reserves the right to revoke such authorization at any time, and any such use shall be discontinued immediately upon notice from PDFC; e) such materials do not include logos, graphics, sounds, or images on this Site, which may be reproduced or distributed only when expressly permitted by PDFC. Use of the software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, which accompanies such software. If no license accompanies the download, the terms of the license which accompanied the original product being updated will govern. You are not authorized to use, download, or install any software unless you agree to the terms of such end user license agreement. With the exception of credit card numbers for the purchase of products and services, PDFC does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information through this Site. Any information, software, or documents sent to PDFC ("Submission"), with the exception of credit card numbers, will be deemed NOT CONFIDENTIAL. PDFC and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such information and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. Personally identifiable information that you submit to PDFC for the purpose of receiving products or services will be handled in accordance with the PDFC Privacy Statement. PDFC reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the sole discretion of PDFC.
