Open a PDF Document

Open different types of PDF documents regardless of the product used to create them.

1. Select Start and choose All Programs.
2. From the list of available programs open the PDF Complete folder and select PDF Complete.
3. Select the  icon from the toolbar.
   -OR-
   From the menu bar within the viewer, select File and choose Open.
    
4. Using the Open a PDF Document dialog box, navigate to the document you wish to open and select it.
5. Click OK to display the document in the viewing window.

Tip: You can also open a PDF document by double-clicking the desired file. The PDF document will display in the viewing window.

Save a PDF Document

Using the Save feature, keep your PDF documents up to date with any changes or modifications you have made.

1. Open your PDF document.
2. From the menu bar select File and choose Save As.
   -OR-
   Use the icon to save the document.
    
3. Within the Save PDF Document as dialog box, enter a name and select Save to create the new document.

Note: Using the Save As feature does not change the original document when it is given a new name.

Print a PDF Document

Using the Print feature, save or share hard copies of your PDF documents.

1. Open your PDF document.
2. Select the  icon on the toolbar.
   -OR-
   From the menu bar select File and choose Print.
    
3. Within the Print the current PDF document dialog box, select your paper printer using the drop-down menu.
4. Choose your Print Range and Number of Copies that you desire.
   
   Note: You can further refine your printing selection. Using the radio buttons select the Print Mode or Page Scaling you would like to use.


5. Click OK when you have finished making your selections to print the page.
